Cooking mixed with curiosity, wonder and experimentation, this class introduces sprouting chefs to the pleasure and benefits of preparing their own healthy food. Classes are hands-on, ingredients are seasonal and fresh and lessons vary each week - students may follow a recipe or create their own.  Without even knowing it, participants practice following directions, measuring, working with fractions and excercising thier creativity.  Everyone is encouraged to taste test the food they prepare, enticing even the pickiest eaters to try new foods!
