BE mindful - of your inner and outer experiences, emotions and thoughts.  Explore mindfulness through gratitude games and journals, breath awareness to help calm our bodies, simple yoga poses and stretches, mindful coloring and more. Focus on positive self-talk and esteem, while boosting friendships and being a supportive role model.
